Insight Vacations has introduced a Peru itinerary for 2016, the luxury tour operator’s first time offering a South America destination.
The 12-day “Treasures of the Incas” tour will begin in the Peruvian capital of Lima, after which travelers will fly to the Unesco World Heritage city of Cusco. The tour will continue on to Machu Picchu and end in Lake Titicaca, known for the islands of Uros, home to the native Kotsuña.
“Peru has long been a dream destination for many seasoned travelers,” the company said in a release.
The new Peru itinerary is featured in Insight’s 2016-17 USA, Canada and South America brochure, which includes 25 itineraries.
