Rebecca Coriam was 23 when she vanished from a cruise ship off the coast of Mexico four years ago - and her family still has no idea what happened to her.
Police in the UK cannot help because maritime law says potential crimes far out at sea fall under the jurisdiction of where the ship is registered.
The are now calls for that to be changed.
