A perfect spot to dine with family and friends during the holidays, Nikuya by Oishi has a scrumptious barbecue buffet that takes its cues from authentic Osaka cuisine.
Folks in Osaka are famously fond of charcoal grilling, and Nikuya has captured the essence of their barbecue cuisine so well that customers are spoiled for choice.
The dishes are made with top-quality ingredients from home and abroad, including melt-in-the-mouth Wagyu chuck roll from Japan, Jo-Karubi from Australia, Harami from the US, mussels from New Zealand and salmon from Norway.
The restaurant has two choices for leisurely two-hour repasts. The Premium Buffet (Bt399) features brisket from Australia, rib-eye steak, karubi, pork neck, pork ribs, pork liver, pork belly and smoked bacon, and that’s only the start – there are 40 other items on offer.
Costlier by well worth it, the Super Premium Buffet (Bt539) boasts harami from the US, strip loin, short ribs, Australian brisket, Norwegian salmon, New Zealand mussels, Kurobuta pork, octopus, saba, shishamo and 50 further selections.
There are also a-la-carte set menus. The Super Premium version (enough for two hungry people) boasts “super premium” beef, seafood and pork starting from Bt379. The smaller Premium Set has “premium” seafood, beef, pork and chicken starting at Bt159.
