Philippine Airlines is offering industry rates for London Heathrow to selected Philippine Airline destinations.
Terms & Conditions:
Eligibility: current employee with more than 3 months of employment – * See further details below.
Employee and companions must travel together on the same dates and routing.
All reservations are subject to availability of O class in economy or Z class in business class.
Employee’s must present company ID or certificate of employment (COE) at the time of booking request.
Maximum Stay: 1 Month.
Full taxes and surcharges (YQ) apply; above listed nett fares are exclusive of taxes and surcharges (YQ).
Economy and Business class fares may be combined on a half return basis.
Travel Period: 01 April 2015 – 30 Nov 2015.
Sales/Ticketing Period: 01 April 2015 – 30 Jun 2015.
Blackout dates: Outbound: 11 Jul 2015 – 08 Aug 2015 ∞ Inbound: 11Aug 2015 - 05Sep 2015.
Stop-overs permitted in either direction at passengers own expense.
Penalties: Change fee - GBP 100 (changes allowed within the selling period and booking class only).
Non-Refundable/Non-Reroute/Non-Upgradeable/Non-Endorsable.
No-show Fee: GBP 50.00 per passenger.
No child discount. Infant without seat shall be charged 10% of the adult fare.
Not valid for STPC in either direction.
Upgrade Travel Certificate / Service Class Upgrade / Business Class Upgrade not applicable.
Mileage accrual: As per Mabuhay Miles fare branding.
All requests must be made directly to PAL UK via phone or email.
All tickets must be issued by Philippine Airlines UK office only, agencies are not permitted to manually construct fares – this will result in possible ADM’s.
