Today marks the 14th anniversary of when legendary American aviator Steve Fossett set the world record for the longest non-stop flight in any form of aircraft. He successfully circumnavigated the globe without interruption and without refuelling in a balloon.
The anniversary comes just 10 days after Emirates started operating the world’s longest, non-stop commercial flight between Dubai and Panama City. It got us at Guides thinking: what are the longest flights in the world?
