TANZANIA: Tanzanian Musician Ray C.My Iideal Husband Must Allow Us To Use One Phone

Tanzanian musician Ray C has appealed for a husband with whom she will use a single phone and number.

The singer, whose name is Rehema Chalamila, said she would not mind "as the church teaches unity in marriage".

She revealed several qualities she would like the man to possess, including being able to cook when she is tired.

"Tell a friend to tell a friend about my offer," she said via Instagram on Thursday.

"If you have a brother, relative or friend who is single and searching, kindly inform him about my request. You never know, I could be your in-law."

Ray C said the man should find her body size attractive and not ask her to lose weight later.

"He should not be talkative as I detest noise and should be gentle and able to comfort me when sad," she added.

The artiste said the man should be patient as she tends to shout when angry.

He should fancy Indian movies and play her interesting Indian movies when is stressed, she said.

"He should not have many friends. If he wants to meet his boys he should do that with me by his side. I know men negatively influence one another in the absence of their partners," she added.

"He should at all times be with me, and if possible, work together in the same office, doing the same job."

Ray C further said the man should indicate that he values her by knowing all her songs by name.

She said she will live with her ideal husband for the rest of her life and bear him many children.

Ray C, famous for hit songs such as Moto Moto and Mama Ntilie, fell off the music scene after falling into drug addiction.

Amid efforts to recover, she start the Ray C Foundation aimed at eradicating drug abuse and sensitising the youth.
