European General Court Annuls Airfreight Fine To LAN CARGO

LAN CARGO informs that the General Court of the European Union annulled today the EU Commission’s decision on alleged infringement of EU competition rules during the period between 2003 y 2006, fully annulling the fine previously imposed by the Commission. The investigation affected exclusively cargo operations and did not involve the passenger business carriers.
