From the moment they arrive, guests’ senses will be enveloped in romance as they sit under a canopy of stars and take in the aromas coming from fragrant floral arrangements and listen to love songs played live by poolside musicians. The outdoor cabana experience is priced at MOP 2,6881 per couple including a bottle of rose Champagne.

Guests can also choose to dine inside and enjoy a sumptuous six-course set menu including two Champagne cocktails, priced at MOP 1,8881 per couple.

The six-course premium set dinners include oyster amuse-bouches, lobster with marinated watermelon heart appetisers, sweet corn soup, a choice of main course, oscietra caviar with sour cream pannacotta and salted caramel, and a special Valentine’s hibiscus jelly and milk chocolate macaroon heart with lemon cream and ginger-chocolate sorbet.

Talented pastry chefs have created a selection of exquisite pastries, decadent sweet and savoury treats including fried oyster with pink ginger, pink grapefruit tart, pink cranberry scones with sour cream and honey for guests to enjoy. The tea experience is priced at MOP 2582 per couple, and includes a special Valentine’s Hibiscus mimosa cocktail or mocktail and a beautiful rose for the lady.
