COSTA RICA: New Deli-Style Restaurant Opens At SJO In Costa Rica

Only three months after launching its operations in Costa Rica, the Newrest Group is proud to announce the inauguration of its first restaurant specifically created for Central America: the Deli’Malinche.

This novel concept, now open at the Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO), located in the province of Alajuela and not far from San Jose, was inspired by the local values of a country committed to ecotourism. Focused on flora, the image is emblematically flamboyant.

This is the first in the Malinche brand range, based on local culture and regional cuisine. Upon arriving, patrons are invited to a discovery of its food offering in a colorful decor with highlights reminiscent of nature.

The Deli’Malinche is a prelude to the upcoming launch of a series of new restaurant concepts in Costa Rica and also throughout Latin America.

The Malinche experience at the airport offers three main services to air travelers in Costa Rica:

A small, to-go deli located right at the exit of the terminal for arriving passengers
A full restaurant and bar located near the ground transportation terminal, across from the parking lot and near the main entrance
A full restaurant located near gate seven
