JAMAICA: Tourism Lesson

A group of CAPE Tourism students from the Rusea's High in Hanover and teachers Daina Crooks (standing, front right) and Angella McKenzie (standing, front left) pose for a photo alongside Beaches educational partner, Sesame Street's Big Bird, at the start of a visit to Beaches Negril recently.

The group spent a few hours at the Caribbean's leading family resort engaging in a tour, lunch and talks on tourism products, services and standards.

They were exposed to areas such as operations, customer service, guest retention, tourism standards, policies, regulations and licences.
