MONGOLIA: Hunnu Air Returns Two Airbus A319 To Lessor
Hunnu Air (MR) has returned both of its A319-100s to their lessor following a downturn in Mongolia's air travel market. CH Aviation GmbH, a Swiss based aviation intelligence company that leased the jets made such an announcement.
The jets, having been delisted from the Mongolian registry, have now been re-registered as N175AG (cn 1750) and N176AG (cn 1706), on the US Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) books.
In early November, 2014 Hunnu Air announced of its decision to halt Hong Kong flight due the low passenger load factor on this route.
The airline continues to operate remaining three turbo-prop driven Fokker-50 on domestic as well as regional routes to China.
