The campaign aims to establish Oman as a year-round tourist destination and is showcasing the many tourism opportunities the country has to offer during the summer season which include mountain getaways, dune bashing, water sports activities and a wide range of cultural and heritage experiences.

Salim bin Adil al Mamry, DG of Tourism Promotion at the Ministry of Tourism said that domestic tourism is vital to the nation just as the international tourism and it can contribute a major share in the days to come.
“The MoT has always envisaged domestic tourism as very important because we need to focus not just on international, both of them need to get a push. We have a good formula for tourism in Oman, including good awareness, communication, and other facilities. We also want the local tourism to be one of the major contributors to the national economy in the coming days”.
