CHILE: New Aerial Route In Patagonia

With two weekly flights from December to February, the trip to Torres del Paine will be reduced by three hours.

From the 6th December, LATAM Airlines Chile will add a new flight to Puerto Natales on Tuesdays and Saturdays that will leave from Santiago during the busiest months for tourism in the area.

The General Manager of LATAM Airlines Chile, Gonzalo Undurraga, explained that, “our objective behind the launch of this new route is to continue contributing to the development of Chile and its regions, making it easier for all tourists, national and international, to reach one of the world’s tourism highlights”. He also added that, “we hope that this new route will be well received by our passengers. During the three months that we’ll be flying to Puerto Natales, we hope to transport around 7.500 passengers”.

The outgoing flights will operate directly from Santiago to Puerto Natales and the returns will make a stopover in Punta Arenas. Flights will be available for booking from 27th July from LATAM Airlines points of sale, both nationally and internationally, as well as via the website
