The Ajman Palace Hotel in the United Arab Emirates is to host acclaimed Indian Artist Dinesh Kamble on the first stop of his solo international travelling painting exhibition, titled ‘RAINBOW 2017’, according to a press statement.
Named after the seven cities lined up for tour this year, it is Dinesh’s first commercial solo show outside India and will be held from 11th to 25th January at The Ajman Palace Hotel.
Commenting on selecting the UAE as the starting point of this international show, Kamble said, “The UAE for me symbolizes freedom of pleasure, enjoyment and happiness. Every emirate is a melting pot of cultures. Ajman has been quietly carving its place on the world tourism map with an intriguing mix of attractions and art is one of them. It is the right place and time to have the presence of RAINBOW when the country is celebrating the Dubai Shopping Festival.”
The Ajman Palace hotel manager Ferghal Purcell said: “We are delighted to support this unique exhibition by Dinesh Kamble who is an accomplished painter. Looking at the paintings one feels a sense of awe that’s often associated with the UAE. It is wonderful to see how the artist has used a blaze of colours to express his emotions. We look forward to welcoming people for the show.”
His forthcoming exhibitions will be in Singapore, Hong Kong, New York, London, Paris and Tokyo.
