VACANT POSITION: Executive Assistant Manager F&B @ A Zanzibar Resort

We are looking for an EAM F&B for a hotel located on one of the most pristine destinations in the Indian Ocean.

The property epitomizes and reflects its host nation and Zanzibar with its luxurious rooms and villas set within exotic tropical gardens. The property has been a Landmark for some time and a favourite with European travellers.

Our client is looking for an individual with a European work background/education and experience at the very top end of the luxury hotel sector; an absolute professional with the proven track record to effectively lead, motivate and develop a fine team of professionals

Candidates with previous work experience on remote island locations or resort destinations in South East Asia are preferred; he/she comes with a 5-star presentation; maturity and an outgoing personality, able to communicate at every level.

The individual needs to be passionate F&B person, quality driven, simply a true F&B professional who knows how to manage assets, human resources and bring creativity to sales and marketing of Food & Beverage. A strong knowledge of wines is essential and of benefit in this position.

A degree from a recognized hospitality institute is a must and his academic achievements should be complemented by his professional experience.

It is essential to have at least 10 years' experience in various positions in F&B; if you are currently a Director of F&B or EAM F&B you are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.
